HammerDuty™ grease tube 14 oz cartridge refills for grease is specifically formulated to protect hydraulic hammers with a calcium sulfonate complex thickener coupled with high quality base oil to ensure superior performance protection. This grease has excellent anti-wear and inherent extreme-pressure properties due to its calcium sulphonate based thickener.
HammerDuty™ provides exceptional lubricity, thermal stability, rust and corrosion protection, and superior resistance to water washout. It is formulated with heavy duty ISO 460 viscosity base oil, to increase its load carrying capabilities while providing long lasting protection for your most vital equipment.
HammerDuty™ grease provides excellent lubrication of the shaft and bushings on hydraulic breakers and hammers. It is engineered to prevent metal on metal contact under severe operating conditions and provides protection against galling, seizures and breakdown. GreaseCo’s calcium sulfonate thickening system also provides increased mechanical stability and shear stability typically offering extended re-greasing intervals, thus reducing consumption.
A careful comparison is often made between lithium-complex and calcium-sulfonate greases that typically show calcium-sulfonate greases hold a clear advantage. Calcium-sulfonate greases out-perform lithium-complex greases both on the data sheet, as well as in actual applications. The most important difference between these two types of grease is that calcium-sulfonate greases do not typically need additives to meet certain performance requirements as compared to lithium-complex greases.
In addition, calcium-sulfonate greases often exhibit superior mechanical and shear stability compared to lithium-complex greases, indicating less leakage and run-out during operation. The dropping point and high-temperature life of calcium-sulfonate greases are also better, allowing these greases to at higher temperatures.
By virtue of its thickener property, calcium sulfonate provides excellent water-resistance properties and does not break down even in the presence of water. To improve their water-resistance, lithium-complex greases usually require tackifiers, which are prone to deplete quickly in the presence of water.

Your shipment
GreaseCo packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after
receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off
without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required
signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us
before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage
costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition

Damages and Issues
